The A30 Blocksaver system has been successfully used on numerous Continuous Miner drums.
Suitable for 30mm Shank tooling.
These blocks have been successfully installed at UK coals Kellingley Colliery, on two JOY continuous Miners.
The first installation has achieved over one mile of advance through coal and sandstone without a change of Block or Sleeve.

The stepped sleeve can be readily extracted by removing the soft seal plug on top of the block and attaching a hydraulic supply.
A hydraulic hand pump capable of 700bar (10,000psi) is ideal.Normal extraction pressure is around 560bar(8,000psi)
